CEO Joseph Saint Louis sought guidance for registering his import-export corporation and was introduced to the Corporate Registry and the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Fisheries (DAAF) to help with his herring and lobster export plans.

By March 2023, Hiskiel Group Canada Inc. had exported $130,000 USD, placing them among the 39 companies successful enough to vie for one of ONB’s annual Export Awards.
