The Market Entry Development Program (MEDP) assists exporters from Atlantic Canada in establishing an online presence in Europe or Asia, connecting them with influencers and decision-makers to start building a sales pipeline, without large-scale investment.

What does the MEDP Offer?
This program is offered on a continuous basis and provides companies with everything they need to find or grow new sales, all packaged in the form of a customized market-entry strategy. This includes:
- Up to 20 days of one-on-one international sales development services focused on growing sales and making connections within the targeted market.
- Opportunity assessment meetings and workplan prior to enrollment, along with opportunity analysis through detailed market research.
- In-market support and representation from trade professionals, as well as connections with potential clients and sales partners.
- Marketing support services and resources to help drive market development activities and lead generation.

To Apply
To apply, experienced exporters or companies committed to an export growth strategy should complete the application form below. Applicants will be interviewed by export development officers. Accepted participants will be required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of $4,750.00 CAD plus HST.
