ONB is dedicated to helping talented New Brunswick students begin their careers at home. To that end, ONB’s Board of Directors has awarded bursaries valued at $1,000 each to 10 New Brunswick students.

Many first-year students rely on scholarships and bursaries to survive the ramen-filled ends of a semester when money gets tight. With this #NBProud Bursary, ONB is helping students not only make it through that first year but remain in this province in the process. The more students choosing a post-secondary education in New Brunswick, the larger and stronger our future provincial workforce will be.

As an ONB summer intern and international student, I’ve seen first-hand ONB’s commitment to students — both local and from away — who will become the province’s future business leaders. The #NBProud Bursary is a fine example of the work being done to ensure students find great opportunities in New Brunswick.
