Tariff and Customs Advisory Program (TCAP)

The Tariff and Customs Advisory Program (TCAP) helps Atlantic Canadian companies impacted by tariffs navigate challenges, streamline their supply chains, and stay fully compliant with Canadian and U.S. trade regulations, with guidance from expert Customs Brokers, Trade Consultants, and Trade Lawyers.

Manufacturers, retailers, distributors, food and beverage producers, and tech or industrial companies can access up to 12 hours of consulting with experts of their choice from the program directory, receiving personalized guidance and practical solutions to address their specific challenges related to tariffs.

The program is open to registered companies headquartered in Atlantic Canada that export products or services affected by tariffs and retaliatory tariffs and are in good standing with TCAP’s federal and provincial partners.
