Red Tape Feedback Form

While regulations play a crucial role in achieving societal goals and maintaining order, excessive red tape can pose significant challenges and increase costs for businesses operating in New Brunswick.

This Red Tape Feedback Form provides a platform for businesses to relay their experiences and concerns regarding any regulatory burden directly to the Government of New Brunswick.

Red tape encompasses any regulation or mandatory requirement imposed on businesses that either fails to achieve its intended purpose or does so inefficiently. This includes laws, policies, processes, forms, and other regulatory measures. 

Every submission through the Red Tape Feedback Form will be reviewed by ONB. Relevant issues will be investigated in collaboration with the appropriate provincial department or agency. Your input is invaluable in our ongoing efforts to create a more competitive regulatory environment for businesses in New Brunswick.

If you have encountered a barrier in another province or territory that has hindered your ability to work, move goods, make investments, or provide services in that jurisdiction, we encourage you to share your experiences here.
