With these investments, Dovico will be hiring new employees, boosting the company’s expertise and enhancing its software-as-a-service solution for timesheet entry and improving productivity.
“In order to grow a strong and sustainable economy in Atlantic Canada, we must encourage small and medium-sized companies to remain innovative and compete on a global scale,” said federal Health Minister Ginette Petitpas Taylor. “This investment in Dovico Software Inc. is helping to create jobs for the region while supporting growth for the information technology sector.”
Petitpas Taylor spoke on behalf of federal Innovation, Science and Economic Development Minister Navdeep Bains, who is also the minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA).
